I figured out what it was about late November that really gets to me. It's that there are so many rainy, dark-clouded days. The days are much shorter so that there's less light and the house remains dim during the day despite opening the blinds.

My mood shouldn't have to typify the weather. And, honestly, there are days that I find these types of days to be pleasing.
