Think about it.
Write it down.
Don't lose it.
That's what I often tell myself after an event has taken place and I know I want to attempt to make a similar event more successful in the future (sometimes, however, I'm lazy and pay later).
It really is like a dish you've (singular and/or plural) created for the first time, either from a recipe or right then and there. What worked and what didn't (for us)? What should be changed to make it a better dish? If the recipe needs to be changed a little bit (or a lot) for everyone's taste, what's the best way to change it?
