Gyoza Ashita

Yes, gyoza talk tomorrow. The only thing about gyoza that I'll mention now is that they aren't traditionally made with wonton wrappers. Wonton wrappers are what I've always used. Curiouser and curiouser! I'd seen the thicker-skinned and crimped variety lots of times but thought of them
as pot stickers or another version of gyoza.
