Five weird habits...
I've just been tagged by Chuck. And Cookie.
Rules:
The 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 weird habits of yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a blog entry about their 5 weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their names.
Heather's 5 habits of weirdness:
(Five Habits of Highly Weird People)
1. I don't usually make my bed during the day. But, every night before I go to sleep, I have to make that bed regardless of how late it is. There's just something about sleeping in rumpled, lumpy, bulpy sheets that I find gross.
2. I never mail the bills on time. But, I'm not so late that I get the ol' pink envelope slipped to me. For some reason, the checks go out around the fifth of the month. It's weird, I'm not waiting for money to come in from the last paycheck to pay those bills, I just must subconsciously want to set my own schedule. Who the heck knows?!
3. I love memorizing birthdates. I'm a birthday database. But, I'm not really a card sending sort--though I'd like to be.
4. I'm a personality theory hound. Any trace or theory on personality and I'm sniffing down that trail cleaning up after Hansel & Gretel. I've got your INFJ/P, 4wing5, Melancholic/Sanguine,Water Rat, Sagicorn with a nice cuspy Cancer/Leo moon, etc.,etc.,etc., twist right here!
5. Only 5? Lets see... I'm not really a pasta fan, except for pizza, and the Chef. I habitually stay away from the Italian restaurant down the road. Linguini's never been my friend, and Manicotti didn't have a chance. I used to cringe when I'd go to a friend's house and they'd say, "We're having spaghetti tonight!" Unh.
And ham. I can't stand the stuff. Well, only if its sliced thin as deli. (Don't know what I think of cold ham. I'll have to try that, Cookie, and see if it has a different taste from salty ol' hot ham.)
Tag, you're it: Blue Tattoo, Scavella, Rachel, Jenni, and Rik

Hmmm. I will have to think on this one. I'm not a big ham fan either. I also never make my bed, usually i get the bills out on time, but there's always one that comes later than the others--I do them all the same day, so...
hope you're well!
Someone else who doesn't make their bed during daylight! :) I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Have a great Christmas, Jenni!
Heh. All enjoyed now. Thanks, Smoog!
heh, I never make my bed unless company is coming and I don't get an awful lot of that so I have ot remind myself to take a broom to the cobwebs once in awile. I do keep the kitchen and bathroom spotless, though. I figure most of the germs are in those places. Other than that, I'm pretty much a total domestic slob. heh. I have far too many other interests to take care of, after all.
oh yeah, let me know what you think of the cold spiral ham - you have ot slice it thin, too. That's really the only way I'll eat it if I have a choice.
Happy Holidays!

Thanks for the tip about the ham, Cookie. Very helpful!
Ham didn't show up for dinner this Christmas. But, if I know my ham, I'm pretty sure I'll see him at the Easter feast.
Heh. I'm pretty much the same about the kitchen and bathroom.
My kids, however, ensure that the floors get vacuumed at least once a week. At least. In between times my dog volunteers his snout to floor services.
Happy New Year to ya!
